Financial Consultancy Services
- helping businesses in the development of strategic planning including the setting of business objectives and formulation of short and long term operational business plans.
Computer and General Systems Consultancy Services
- preparing feasibility studies, reviewing existing systems, considering the need and cost effectiveness of introducing a computer, and developing a computer strategy.
- assisting in the selection of hardware, software and associated services.
- providing guidance on implementation arrangements including staff selection and training, and advice on setting up files and the design of clerical procedures.
The Practice is an appointed dealer for the Sage Accounting Software packages and will be able to advise on the implementation of any selected system.
Payroll Services
- preparing details of employees' gross pay, PAYE and NIC, dealing with net payments to employees and payments of PAYE and NIC to the Collector of Taxes, and preparation and submission of all year-end returns.
Company Secretarial Services
- maintaining statutory records including preparation of all necessary minutes, annual return forms and abbreviated accounts for submission to Companies House.
MHA provide general corporate finance advice to clients on a wide range of subjects including capital restructuring and refinancing proposals, advising on the availability of government grants, assisting with management buy-outs, and valuing companies and businesses.
